Invoice AI is built to be private by design. Your business information lives on your device and, if you enable it, syncs only through your own private iCloud account. We — the developer — do not run servers that store your data and cannot read your clients, jobs, invoices, or expenses.
Clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, line items, expenses, and your business profile are stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. This information is created and controlled entirely by you.
If you are signed in to iCloud, your data is mirrored to the private database of your personal iCloud account so it can sync across your devices and back up. This data travels through Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is tied to your Apple Account. The developer has no access to your iCloud private database. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Invoice AI offers an optional paid subscription. Purchases and subscription status are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your name, card number, or payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Invoice AI contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
PDFs you generate are created on your device. They are only sent to others when you choose to share them (for example via Messages, Mail, or AirPrint) using Apple's system share sheet. We are not involved in that delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties. The only processor involved is Apple (iCloud, App Store, In-App Purchase), strictly to provide the app's functionality.
You can delete any record inside the app at any time. To remove synced data, delete it on-device (which propagates to iCloud) or manage it in your iCloud settings. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device.
Data is stored in an encrypted on-device store and, when synced, is protected in transit and at rest by Apple's iCloud security. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we rely on Apple's platform protections.
Invoice AI is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because your data resides on your own device and in your personal iCloud account rather than on our servers, you retain direct control over it. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. For any request, contact us using the address below.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.
